Happie is looking for a hands-on and driven Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Team Lead to lead our Showroom & Roadshow Sales Team.
đź Key Responsibilities
⢠Lead, motivate and coach the sales team to achieve individual & departmental targets
⢠Drive the team to consistently meet and exceed sales goals
⢠Monitor sales performance, KPIs and identify gaps for improvement
⢠Follow up closely with team members and push them to achieve their targets
⢠Lead by example and remain hands-on in sales when required
⢠Work closely with management and ensure the sales team is aligned with company direction, strategies and expectations
⢠Communicate management's direction clearly and ensure proper follow-through
⢠Prepare sales reports, performance analysis, sales decks and PowerPoint presentations for management review
⢠Present sales performance, challenges, action plans and recommendations to management
⢠Conduct team briefings, coaching and performance follow-ups
⢠Support showroom & roadshow manpower planning and daily operations
⢠Support onboarding and training of new sales staff
⢠Ensure CRM updates, reporting and company processes are followed
đŻ Requirements
⢠2â4 years of sales experience; team leadership experience preferred
⢠Strong leadership, communication and people-management skills
⢠Proven ability to motivate and drive a sales team towards targets
⢠Strong sales and closing skills
⢠Comfortable analysing sales figures and preparing reports
⢠Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel / Google Sheets
⢠Confident presenting sales performance to management
⢠Proactive, accountable and results-oriented
⢠Able to work closely with management and lead the team in the same direction
⢠Must be willing to work weekends and public holidays according to roster
