We are looking for a motivated and passionate candidates to join our team. This is a structured management development programme designed to groom future F&B leaders and Managers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Structured Operations Training
- Undergo comprehensive on-the-job training across key areas of restaurant operations.
- Gain hands-on exposure to restaurant opening and closing procedures, service operations, POS and cashiering.
- Understand and follow company SOPs, operational standards and service procedures.
2. Restaurant Operations & Business Management
- Support the daily operations and smooth running of the restaurant.
- Assist in monitoring sales performance, labour productivity, inventory and operating costs.
3. Customer Experience
- Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service and dining experience.
- Monitor service standards and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.
4. People & Team Management
- Progressively take responsibility for supervising and leading frontline team members.
- Coach, train and develop employees to achieve operational and service standards.
- Assist with staff onboarding, recruitment and performance management.
5. Leadership Development
- Take on increasing responsibilities in shift management and daily decision-making.
- Lead shifts independently as competencies are demonstrated.
- Work closely with Restaurant Managers and Operations teams to achieve outlet targets.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates with a Degree in any discipline are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Passionate about the F&B industry and willing to learn.
- Willing to undergo rotational assignments and hands-on operational training.
- Able to work on weekends and PH
