Opening Shift Duties 开档工作职责
Back Kitchen 后厨
- Check and arrange all in-stock items received from suppliers.
检查并整理供应商送来的所有库存货品。 - Filter and prepare the cooking oil for use.
过滤并准备当天使用的食用油。 - Switch on and preheat all required equipment.
开启并预热所有需要使用的设备。 - Boil water and ensure sufficient hot water is available.
烧开水，并确保有足够的热水供应。 - Prepare products in bulk, including deep-fried, blanched, and pan-fried items.
大量准备各类产品，包括油炸、焯水及煎制食品。 - Prepare Mee Sua and rice.
准备面线和米饭。 - Prepare and replenish condiments and toppings, such as:
准备并补充调味料及配料，例如：- Spring onions — 葱花
- Coriander — 香菜
- Pickled cucumber — 腌黄瓜
- Various sauces — 各类酱料
- Salted egg sauce and other sauces that require cooking, where necessary — 咸蛋酱及其他需要烹煮的酱料（如有需要）
Front Counter 前台
- Wipe down and clean the front counter area.
擦拭并清洁前台区域。 - Check all signs and lighting to ensure they are working properly.
检查所有招牌及灯光，确保正常运作。 - Check all condiments and ensure sufficient quantities are available for the day.
检查所有调味料，确保当天有足够的供应量。 - Check and replenish plates, bowls, paper bags, and plastic bags as required.
检查并补充盘子、碗、纸袋及塑料袋等用品。 - Check and count the cashier float to ensure the correct amount is available.

Cook 厨师
- Prepare and cook fried chicken, sweet plum fries, crepes, and other food items.
负责制作及烹煮炸鸡、梅粉地瓜条、可丽饼等食品。 - Ensure all food is prepared according to the required standards and maintain food quality.
确保所有食品按照要求制作，并维持食品质量。 - Assist with cashier duties when required.
在需要时协助收银工作。 - Scoop and prepare Mee Sua.
负责捞取及准备面线。 - Cut chicken and chop vegetables for food preparation.
负责切鸡肉及切蔬菜等食材准备工作。 - Assist with housekeeping and cleaning of work areas.
协助店内整理及清洁工作区域。
Part-Time 兼职
Minimum 5 hours, maximum 10 hours per shift
每班最少工作5小时，最多10小时
- 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
