  • Monitor insurance jobs in progress against outstanding jobs report
  • Assist to follow up with workshops and insurance company on 3rd party claims
  • Inform surveyors to come and take photographs of vehicles where necessary
  • Follow up with surveyors and verify whether the finalised amount tallies and then proceed to invoice accordingly
  • Upon invoicing, check the essential information thoroughly
  • To check payment is received from the insurance company and update insurance debts into the system
  • To record 3rd party Direct Settlement Claims and update tracking list till case is closed
  • Assist with the full cycle of administrative work with regards to insurance accident claims procedures
  • Enforce compliance with SOP(s) and instructions from Operations Control.
  • Any other related duties and responsibilities involved within the role as assigned from time to time
