Job Description
- Prepare ingredients and make and bake bread and pastries
- Open the outlet on time every morning and complete all baking preparations before opening
- Prepare fillings, shape dough, and bake bread
- Ensure the freshness, quality, and appearance of bread and pastries meet company standards
- Prepare and replenish ingredients and supplies according to daily requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, equipment, and utensils
- Comply with food hygiene, health, and safety regulations
- Manage and monitor the inventory of raw materials
- Complete assigned tasks within the required timeframe according to the daily production schedule
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the company
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in baking, bread, or pastry production
- Able to read and follow recipes and production procedures
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining product quality
- Able to work in a bakery environment and accommodate early morning shifts
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
