Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacture of Electrical Equipment
- Position Title: Purchasing Officer
- Working Location: Changi
- Working Hours: 5-days (Mon-Fri: 8am-5.30pm)
- Salary Package: Basic + VB
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Issue Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions.
- Source and identify potential suppliers.
- Compare and evaluate suppliers’ quotations.
- Negotiate pricing, credit terms, quotations, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Enter order details into the internal database.
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
- Coordinate with store staff to monitor stock levels and ensure proper storage.
- Perform other purchasing-related duties as assigned.

- Diploma in Administrative Management or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in purchasing or a related role.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
