📍 Location: Kaki Bukit
📄 Employment Type: 2-Year Renewable Contract

💰 Salary: SGD $2,200 – $2,400

🕒 Working Hours

Option 1

  • Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 8:30 PM
  • Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Excluding Public Holidays

OR

Option 2 (Shift Schedule)

  • Morning Shift: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Afternoon Shift: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM (Monday – Saturday)
  • Shift schedule will be assigned by the company.

Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of Contact Centre/Customer Service experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Able to multitask and manage multiple customer enquiries efficiently
  • Confident in handling difficult customer situations professionally
  • Able to draft clear and professional email responses
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables) for report generation
  • Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese
