Contract Period: 6 Months (subject to extension or conversion)
Working Hours: 9am to 7pm [1 hrs 15mins Break] 
Working Days: 5 days' work week inclusive of weekend and PH
Salary: $2,500 per month

Job Description:

  • Handle reservations received via all channels timely and accurately according to SOPs
  • Liaise with bookers and hotels/sales to ensure smooth pre-arrival experience
  • Handle booking records and support follow ups

Requirement:

  • Proficient in MS Office, email system, reservations system will be an advantage
  • Display high level of customer service and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work including weekends and public holidays. 
  • Able to overtime when needed.
