Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily mailroom operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Oversee the handling, sorting, distribution, and dispatch of incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and documents.
- Lead and guide mailroom staff, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Plan and assign daily work schedules to support operational requirements.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation using Microsoft Office applications.
- Respond to enquiries and provide professional customer service support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with established operational procedures, service standards, and workplace requirements.
- Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance mailroom efficiency.
Requirements
- Nitec qualification in any discipline.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to supervise, coordinate, and manage daily mailroom operations effectively.
- Customer service-oriented with strong organisational skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
