SERVICE CREW (FULL TIME AND PART TIME AVAILABLE)
Service Crew supports front-of-house and basic back-of-house operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and hygienic food service. Responsibilities include customer service, food handling, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness of the dining environment of the cafeteria.
Responsibilities
- Attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders, assist with food selection, and handle enquiries
- Support counter, buffet, takeaway, and caféteria operations
- Ensure smooth service flow during peak periods
- Serve food according to portioning and presentation standards
- Assist in basic food and beverage preparation
- Replenish food items and canned drinks during service hours
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
- Operate POS system and process cash, card, and digital payments
- Ensure accurate billing and basic cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and workstations
- Clear tables and trays promptly
- Follow cleaning, sanitation, and waste disposal procedures
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory handling
- Support opening and closing duties
- Work closely with kitchen and service teams
- Follow workplace safety procedures at all times
Requirements
- Singaporean
- No quota currenty
- Experienced with F&B customer service preferred; training provided for entry-level candidates
- Food and Hygiene cert is a plus
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Basic POS and cash handling knowledge preferred
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices preferred
- Able to stand for long hours and perform cleaning/service duties
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Responsible, punctual, and positive working attitude
