Location: 8 Commonwealth Lane
Job scope
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments; perform GRPO transactions in ERP.
- Update and maintain accurate inventory records in ERP.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Pick and pack orders according to standards; prepare shipments with proper labelling and documentation.
- Ensure efficient processing and timely delivery of goods to meet customer requirements.
- Maintain and service warehouse vehicles and equipment as needed.
- Prepare and maintain shipping and receiving documentation.
- Organize and store inventory; ensure proper labelling and storage for easy access.
- Follow 5S housekeeping standards and maintain warehouse security.
- Address and resolve issues related to orders, collections, or deliveries promptly.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Warehouse Operator or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as part of the warehouse operations.
- Training in operating a reach truck will be provided
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to communicate well in email
