- Ensure all areas of the kitchen are kept clean and sanitized, including kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Ensure all food is handled and prepared in compliance with the company’s standards as well as government regulations on hygiene and sanitation.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is operated safely and report any faulty equipment to the Head Chef.
- Assist the Head Chef and Executive Chef in menu and recipe planning.
- Strictly adhere to procedures to minimize food and supply wastage, as well as prevent theft.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Executive Chef.
