Operations Supervisor (Plant‑Based Kiosk Concept)Location: Singapore – Downtown Core
Glow Food is a fast‑casual dining chain dedicated to 100% plant‑based, nutrient‑dense meals. Operating within our innovative 6‑in‑1 multi‑concept environment, we champion wellness, sustainability, and efficiency.
We are seeking a professional Operations Supervisor with strong integrity and proven kiosk concept experience to lead our team, uphold standards, and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Concept Oversight: Supervise daily operations across all vegan concepts, ensuring smooth workflow and service consistency.
- Compliance & Integrity: Enforce strict adherence to SOPs, recipes, hygiene protocols, and ethical food handling standards.
- Operational Readiness: Conduct daily opening/closing checks for cleanliness, stock levels, and equipment functionality.
- Hygiene & Safety: Monitor food safety compliance, kitchen hygiene, and staff personal hygiene.
- Inventory & Waste Control: Manage ordering, receiving, FIFO rotation, and wastage reduction to optimize profitability.
- Talent Development: Train, coach, and build versatile multi‑concept crew skills with fairness and accountability.
- Service Excellence: Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve operational issues promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in F&B, preferably kiosk‑based operations.
- Strong leadership with high integrity and accountability.
- Ability to multitask across multiple food concepts.
- Knowledge of food hygiene standards and inventory control.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
