📍Location: East (Nearest MRT: Aljunied)

📅Contract Period: 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028 (with a contract break in December each year)

⏰Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 6.45AM to 11.45AM

Job scope:

  • Manage calls, walk-in enquiries, deliveries, mail, and parcel dispatch
  • Attend to unwell students
  • Prepare, verify and process documents
  • Maintain school telephone directory and graduation certificate collection records
  • Compile staff attendance reports and support general administrative duties
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'N' levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • At least 3 years of administrative or customer service experience in a school environment
