Job Description & Requirements
Working Days: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: $3,500 – $4,500 + Commission / Sales Incentives
Job Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for Security, Cleaning and Facilities Management services.
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to quotation, negotiation, and contract award.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, managing agents, property managers, and business owners.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts and assist with tender submissions.
- Coordinate with Operations and HR teams on service implementation and manpower requirements.
- Follow up on enquiries, contract renewals, and outstanding payments.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate sales records.
Job Requirements
- Relevant sales experience is preferred.
- Experience in Security, Facilities Management, Cleaning, Property Management, or Manpower Outsourcing will be an advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience working with MCSTs, managing agents, commercial buildings, industrial facilities, or corporate clients will be an advantage.
