Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional TCM consultation, diagnosis, and treatment services, including acupuncture, herbal prescriptions, and other approved TCM modalities.
- Deliver patient-centred care with empathy, professionalism, and excellent bedside manners.
- Ensure compliance with the TCMPB Code of Professional Conduct and Ethical Practice Guidelines.
- Conduct TCM health talks and patient education programmes when required.
- Promote public awareness of Traditional Chinese Medicine and preventive healthcare.
- Participate in community outreach programmes, health screenings, and healthcare initiatives.
- Collaborate with physicians, staff, volunteers, and multidisciplinary teams to support clinical operations and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Registered TCM Practitioner with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB), Singapore.
- Bachelor's Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
- Competent in acupuncture and general TCM clinical practice.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese is essential to communicate with diverse patient groups
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-focused approach.
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Good understanding of healthcare ethics, patient safety, clinical governance, and quality assurance principles.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and time management skills.
