Key Responsibilities:
Patient Registration & Admissions
- Register patients and update their personal details in the system.
- Handle appointments, admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Check patients’ eligibility for subsidies, insurance, and financial assistance.
Front Desk & Patient Service
- Attend to patients’ and visitors’ enquiries at the counter, phone, or online.
- Explain clinic procedures, waiting times, and what patients need to do next.
- Manage queues and help ensure smooth patient flow.
Billing & Payment
- Prepare and explain bills, including MediShield Life, Medisave, and insurance claims.
- Collect payments and assist with basic billing issues.
- Work with the Finance team to resolve more complex billing matters.
Administrative Support
- Update and maintain accurate patient records.
- Work with healthcare teams to support daily clinic operations.
- Handle general administrative and ad-hoc duties when required.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE N/O Level
