đź•’ Work schedule
- 6-day work week
- Rotating shifts between 9am and 11pm
- 8-hour shifts; stated weekly hours: 44 hours

What you’ll do
- Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Support the Chef de Partie in maintaining quality, consistency, and an efficient station.
- Develop your skills across different kitchen stations and cooking techniques.
- Follow portion-control, food hygiene, and safety standards.
- Help with stock rotation, ingredient storage, and inventory management.
- Support the team during busy service periods and contribute ideas to improve operations.
What we’re looking for
- Professional kitchen experience, ideally as a Demi Chef or in an equivalent role.
- Basic knowledge of Japanese cuisine or related cooking techniques is an advantage.
- A keen interest in learning and taking on greater responsibility.
- Good teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining quality.

- Basic salary: $2,655
- Flexi benefits: $25
- AWS allowance: $222
- Gross monthly package: $2,902
Final compensation will be commensurate with experience. Performance bonus is based on individual and company performance.
