You will be responsible for fulfilling grocery orders from our online customers.

Fulfil grocery orders from our online customers
Pick and pack grocery products into proper bags/boxes according to SOPs
Prepare orders to ensure they are ready for delivery
Organize the sorting of packed goods according to zone and timeslot
Ensure orders picked are in good condition in terms of packaging, expiry dates, freshness, etc.
Ensure sufficient level of care and attention is given throughout the fulfillment process
Ensure the order completion rate to be hitting a certain target for the day
Maintain a strong commitment to safety responsibilities
Ensure a high level of accuracy while receiving stocks
Replenish products of all categories on shelves
Assist in other processes such as stocktake/cycle counts
Perform other ad-hoc duties as needed

Requirements

No experience required, training will be provided
Basic written and verbal communication skills in English
Basic IT proficiency in using smartphones
Able to carry loads of about 15kg

Work Hours
- 6 hours per day on rotating shifts between 7am to 11:20pm (rostered basis)
- 4 days/ week including weekends and public holidays
