Senior Associate Engineer, Operations Engineering | Semiconductor MNC
Salary: $3,000 – $4,000/month
Employment Type: Permanent
Location: Serangoon North
Join a semiconductor equipment environment in a hands-on engineering role focused on equipment testing, wafer runs and technical validation.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform final quality and functional testing of equipment
- Conduct wafer runs to validate equipment functionality
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues
- Support equipment performance and technical validation
- Work closely with engineering and production teams
Requirements
- Relevant engineering or technical qualification
- Experience in final quality or functional testing of equipment
- Experience involving wafer runs to validate equipment functionality
- Strong hands-on technical and troubleshooting skills
- Structured approach to problem-solving and root cause analysis
- Semiconductor or equipment-related experience will be an advantage
Working Hours & Shift Allowance
Candidates will start on normal working hours for the first few months before moving to an assigned shift based on business requirements.
- Day Shift: 6:45am – 3:15pm
- Afternoon Shift: 2:45pm – 11:15pm + $15 shift allowance per shift
- Night Shift: 10:45pm – 7:15am + $25 shift allowance per shift
