📋Job Scope
•Follow the instructions of superiors to ensure daily production tasks are completed.
•Maintain cleanliness and organization within the central kitchen.
•Practice good hygiene at all times.
•Operate machinery and produce items according to the company’s standard operating procedures.
•Strictly adhere to food safety standards such as ISO 22000 and 5S to maintain high-quality food and hygiene standards.
•Complete and accurately fill out all required documentation, including production records, daily operation checklists, and receiving orders.
📌Job Requirement
•Extensive food knowledge in central kitchen.
•Proficiency in inventory management, equipment operation, and troubleshooting for kitchen machinery.
•Possess excellent communicate.
•Decisive and critical thinker.
•Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
•Minimum 1 year of relevant F&B central kitchen experience.
