Job Responsibilities:
ā¢ Prepare and cook Chinese-style dishes
ā¢ Assist with daily food preparation and kitchen operations
ā¢ Maintain food quality, kitchen cleanliness & hygiene standards
ā¢ Relevant Chinese cuisine / steamboat cooking experience preferred
šµ SERVICE CREW
Job Responsibilities:
ā¢ Take customer orders & handle cashier duties
ā¢ Serve and pack food for customers
ā¢ Wash dishes and maintain restaurant cleanliness
ā¢ Prepare rice, sauces & condiments
ā¢ Cut and prepare vegetables
ā¢ Place orders for supplies and stock
ā COFFEE MAKER
Job Responsibilities:
ā¢ Prepare coffee, tea & other beverages according to orders
ā¢ Handle cashier duties when required
ā¢ Prepare ingredients and maintain beverage supplies
ā¢ Keep the stall, equipmentļ¼ utensils clean
ā¢ Handle opening & closing duties, including cleaning and restocking
ā¢ Provide friendly & efficient customer service
ā¢Wash Cups
ā¢ Working Hours: 7:00 AM ā 4:00 PM (1hour break included)
ā¢ Weekends & PH OFF

Reliable, responsible & punctual

Able to work in a fast-paced F&B environment
ā
Good teamwork & communication skills
ā
Physically fit and able to perform F&B duties
ā
Relevant F&B experience is an advantage

ā¢ Must be able to read Chinese for food ordering and food preparation
