1. F&B Operations Management
- Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets within the hotel (e.g., restaurants, bars, room service, banquets, and catering).
- Coordinate with kitchen staff, service teams, and management to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Ensure consistent high-quality food and beverage service that meets or exceeds guest expectations.
- Monitor service standards and conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, organization, and food safety compliance.
2. Guest Experience & Service Quality
- Ensure excellent guest service by addressing any complaints, requests, or special needs in a timely and professional manner.
- Regularly interact with guests to receive feedback and ensure their satisfaction with food and beverage offerings.
- Implement service recovery techniques when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Inventory & Stock Control
- Monitor and manage inventory of food, beverages, and supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels and cost control.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Oversee ordering and receiving of F&B products and ensure proper storage conditions.
- Ensure that all items are stored according to health and safety regulations, reducing waste and controlling costs.
4. Health, Safety, and Hygiene Compliance
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are followed according to health regulations and hotel policies.
- Proper handling of food and beverages, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
5. Event Coordination & Banqueting Services
- Assist with the planning and coordination of special events, conferences, banquets, and private parties, ensuring seamless food and beverage service.
