Job Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Part-Time Labeller & Packing Assistant to support daily warehouse operations. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately labelling, inspecting, and packaging luxury items to maintain high brand standards and ensure seamless dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Labelling & Barcoding: Apply correct product labels, barcodes, and seals onto luxury items (skincare, cosmetics, fashion) according to SKU specifications.
- Packing & Handling: Sort, protect, and pack products of various sizes, including bulky and fragile items, ensuring accurate presentation.
- Inventory & Quality Control: Verify physical stock against packing lists and shipping documents; perform quality checks to ensure packaging meets brand standards.
- Issue Reporting: Promptly report any damaged items, stock discrepancies, or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
- Safety & Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
Requirements
- Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or packing luxury/fragile goods is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, meticulous, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Dependable and able to adhere strictly to warehouse safety procedures.
