Job Overview
We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistants to handle general logistics, inventory management, and order fulfillment in our Kallang Way warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Logistics & Inventory: Receive, inspect, store, and manage stock items. Conduct regular physical cycle counts (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).
- Pick & Pack: Perform quality and quantity checks for incoming stock and outgoing deliveries.
- Maintenance & Safety: Maintain warehouse cleanliness (housekeeping), inspect equipment, and adhere to workplace safety standards and SOPs.
- Ad-Hoc Support: Assist supervisors with assigned tasks or special projects within target timelines.
Requirements
- Educational qualification: N/O Levels or relevant field of study.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant logistics/warehousing experience.
- Physically fit and comfortable handling bulky or fragile items (up to 25kg per carton).
- Strong work ethic: meticulous, proactive, adaptable, and able to work well under pressure.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Languages: Fluent in English and your mother tongue
