Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care and administrative support at frontline reception and clinical areas to ensure smooth patient flow and service delivery
- Administer blood draws and intravenous (IV) therapy safely and accurately to support diagnostic and treatment procedures
- Maintain accurate, detailed patient records and documentation to comply with clinical standards and facilitate continuity of care
- Communicate clearly with patients by explaining procedures and providing health education to promote understanding and cooperation
Required competencies and certifications
- Current registration with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) as a Registered Nurse (RN) or hold an equivalent professional nursing qualification
- Minimum 2-3 years of recent nursing experience in outpatient clinic or general practitioner (GP) settings
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Additional qualifications in phlebotomy or clinical assessment to enhance clinical skills and patient care capabilities
