Admin & Accounts Executive Wanted – Be the Heart of Our Operations!
5-Day Work Week | Admin + Accounts Duties | Support Meaningful Rental Experiences
At Awakened Essence, we provide comfortable accommodations for expats and international students in Singapore. We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Admin & Accounts Executive to support daily operations — from tenant care and rental administration to light payroll and accounts work.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both people-facing work and organised support. We actively use AI tools, so we’re looking for someone open to technology and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
- Handle tenant queries, billing matters, and follow-ups via WhatsApp, email and calls
- Prepare tenancy documents and support move-in/move-out processes
- Arrange cleaner schedules and maintain organised records
- Handle petty cash and basic expense tracking
- Process part-time staff schedules and salaries
- Submit monthly CPF contributions and prepare payroll information for tax
- Support work applications, insurance matters and basic leave administration
- Assist with accounts and documentation (AI tools support heavier tasks)
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years admin, accounts or payroll experience preferred
- Basic understanding of CPF/payroll is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Good written and spoken English (Chinese a plus)
- Trustworthy and discreet
- Enthusiastic about using AI tools and improving processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Singapore Citizens and PRs preferred
