- Understand fundamental knowledge of flavour profiles, foundations of local robusta coffee, Japanese teas to offer thoughtful recommendations to customers
- Brew & serve traditional local Kopi, Teh as well as a variety of high-quality Matcha & other Japanese Tea beverages while prioritising product consistency, quality & visual presentation during serving
- Maintain accuracy & consistency throughout the crafting of beverages, aligning with SOPs
- Greet customers with genuine warmth, friendly service, & a smile!
- Thrive in a fast-paced, active environment; be on your feet & handle service duties with efficiency
- Maintain a clean, orderly workspace, countertops, environmentÂ
- Use all equipment, electronics & tools with care
- Communicate clearly & proactively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Carry out general housekeeping, restocking, inventory management & any other assigned dutiesÂ
- Conduct proper Opening & Closing duties
