Role: FOH Shift Leader, Part-Time
Join our friendly, energetic team serving Korean homestyle food made for every day. Make every customer feel welcome, lead the Service Crew and keep each shift running smoothly. Warm, friendly and attentive service comes first.
Locations
• Marina One – Marina Bay / Shenton Way / Downtown
• CIMB Plaza – Raffles Place
• Asia Square – Shenton Way / Downtown
• Mapletree Business City – Labrador Park / Alexandra
• Bugis Junction – Bugis
Shifts and Hourly Pay
• S$15 per hour
• 9:30 AM–3:00 PM, 5 days per week
• Minimum commitment: 3 months
What You’ll Do
• Welcome customers with exceptionally warm, friendly and attentive service.
• Prepare POS, kiosks, counters, dining areas and supplies before service.
• Assign crew positions, communicate priorities and coordinate breaks.
• Monitor queues, ordering, payments, pickup and delivery; move crew to busy stations and step in when needed.
• Work closely with the kitchen to keep orders accurate and service moving.
• Resolve missing, incorrect or delayed orders and routine concerns with patience and care.
• Coach crew respectfully and maintain speed, accuracy and hospitality.
• Keep service areas clean, replenish supplies and provide a clear shift handover.
• Escalate serious customer, safety, equipment or staff issues to the Store Manager.
Who We’re Looking For
• Outgoing, positive and energetic; enjoys meeting people.
• Reliable, proactive and confident giving clear, respectful direction.
• Calm, organised and hands-on, with practical problem-solving skills.
• Previous F&B service experience preferred.
• Basic English preferred for team and customer communication.
