The Purpose
To drive sales and contribute to the profitability of the store by delivering exceptional customer service, providing professional product recommendations, and maintaining high standards of store operations.
The Role
Achieve individual and store sales and profitability targets through proactive selling and effective customer engagement
Identify opportunities to maximise sales, increase basket size, and recommend relevant products
Deliver excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and providing professional product recommendations
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and customer loyalty
Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, escalating issues when required
Support the execution of sales initiatives, promotional activities, and product launches
Maintain high standards of housekeeping, visual merchandising, and overall store presentation
Ensure products are properly displayed, replenished, and accurately priced in accordance with company guidelines
Support stock ordering, replenishment, stock counts, and inventory management to maintain product availability and stock accuracy
