We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Senior/Executive, Property & Facilities to oversee the smooth operation, maintenance, safety, and security of our facility. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will work closely with clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment that supports daily operations and organizational objectives.

Key responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of building facilities, equipment, and compound areas.
- Conduct routine inspections and ensure prompt resolution of maintenance issues.
- Manage vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality service delivery.
- Support daily facility operations and maintain operational performance standards.
- Coordinate procurement, inventory management, and departmental support requests.
- Assist in developing maintenance specifications, contracts, and project requirements.
- Oversee housekeeping and laundry services to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
- Act as the key representative for Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) and security matters.
- Implement and enforce safety, security, and facility management policies and procedures.
- Lead and support operational teams to ensure efficient service delivery.

Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Services, Property Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in facilities, property, building, or operations management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder relationship management skills.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and crisis management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification will be an added advantage.
