Join our aerospace manufacturing team! We are looking for a detail-oriented Heat Treatment Technician to operate vacuum furnaces and support heat-treatment and brazing processes in a quality- and safety-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate vacuum furnaces for heat-treatment and brazing operations.
- Perform incoming inspection before heat treatment.
- Carry out plasma preparation, including masking, grit blasting and machine setup.
- Perform TPM checks and routine equipment checks.
- Conduct SAT, uniformity and vacuum furnace leak-rate checks.
- Select and verify heat-treatment programs according to requirements.
- Read and interpret chart paper and furnace records.
- Monitor parts and equipment, identify abnormal conditions and take appropriate action.
- Maintain accurate heat-treatment logs, production records and system transactions.
- Follow job travelers, operation sheets, OEM manuals, engineering instructions and other technical data.
- Report non-conformances involving parts, paperwork, equipment, tooling or materials to the Cell Leader.
- Maintain good housekeeping and comply with all quality, safety and work instructions.
- Manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting production requirements.
- GCE O-Level, NITEC, Technician Certificate or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the aerospace industry.
- Able to read and interpret operation sheets and follow complex technical instructions.
- Strong attention to detail with good troubleshooting and multitasking abilities.
- Safety-conscious and committed to quality and process compliance.
