📍 City Hall, Singapore
We are looking for a Executive Assistant to support our management team.
This is not a typical desk job. Every day is different—you may be planning events, organising schedules, meeting clients, assisting with creative projects, or supporting studio operations.
Starting Salary: S$700 – S$1,200 (Fresh Graduate)
Performance-Based Progression: Up to $1300 – S$2,800+
(Fast-track salary review based on operational progress)
What You'll Do
Assist the studio team with daily tasks and priorities
Organise schedules, appointments, and meetings
Keep projects and operations running smoothly
Bilingual Communicator (English & Chinese): Must be comfortable communicating professionally in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to support students, parents, social media enquiries, business partners, and walk-ins.
High Energy & Resilience: This is an immersive role that requires weekend availability when the studio is at its busiest.
Organise schedules, appointments, and meetings
Plan ahead and help keep projects on track
Keep workspaces organised and operations running smoothly
Coordinate with team members, customers, and partners
Reply to enquiries in English and Chinese
Support workshops, events, and studio activities
Assist with content creation, photography, and social media
Work from the studio, cafés, or event venues when required
Stay later during busy periods or events when needed
