Job Details:
Location: Central
Duration: 6 months/full time
Pay: Up to $3500 (depending on experience + qualification)
Working Hours: Mon - Fri office hours
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant specialising in healthcare to manage the full recruitment cycle, from business development and candidate sourcing to interview coordination and successful placement. The role involves building strong relationships with clients and candidates, understanding hiring needs, and delivering suitable talent solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Understand job requirements and hiring needs
- Source, screen, and interview candidates
- Match candidates to suitable job opportunities
- Coordinate interviews and manage hiring processes
- Negotiate salary offers and placement terms
- Achieve recruitment and sales targets
- Maintain candidate databases and market knowledge
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Degree (HR related preferred)
- Experience in IT/healthcare recruitment preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Good time management and multitasking skills
- Experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service is an advantage
