Role Overview
Greendot is seeking a hands-on Social Media Specialist/Manager to lead our strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. This 360-degree role bridges creative strategy and daily execution. Working with Marketing, Operations, Product, and CRM teams, you will create content that builds brand equity, drives engagement, increases outlet visits, and boosts sales.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy: Manage the social media roadmap, monthly content calendars, brand pillars, and tone of voice. Turn trends, new menu rollouts, and LTOs into creative digital campaigns.
Content Creation: Ideate, script, shoot, and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Stories). Plan food photography shoots. Write engaging copy. Collaborate with external designers and creators when needed.
Activations: Execute end-to-end campaigns for festive periods (e.g., CNY), Greendot Kopihouse, outlet openings, and member CRM promotions.
Community: Monitor DMs, comments, and mentions. Respond professionally, manage customer feedback, escalate issues, and curate user-generated content (UGC)
KOL Management: Build relationships with SG food/lifestyle creators. Draft briefs, manage collaborations, and track influencer performance.
Analytics: Deliver monthly reports tracking reach, views, engagement, and follower growth. Link social metrics to CRM sign-ups and outlet sales.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in social media or digital marketing within Singapore.
Proven portfolio creating short-form vertical videos and managing IG, TikTok, and FB.
Strong storytelling, copywriting, and project management skills; F&B pacing comfort.
Experience with Meta Ads Manager, CapCut, Adobe Suite, Canva, or F&B/multi-outlet brands, influencer/KOL campaigns.
