💰 Salary: $2,800 – $3,200/month exclude commission
📍 Location: Orchard, Singapore
🕐 Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
🕘 Working Hours: Retail hours (including weekends & public holidays)
Job Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.
- Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience.
- Monitor staff performance and provide on-the-job coaching and guidance.
- Assist with staff deployment, daily duties and shift arrangements.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback and service recovery when required.
- Ensure merchandise displays and store presentation meet brand standards.
- Monitor stock levels, stock movement and inventory accuracy.
- Oversee cashiering, opening and closing procedures.
- Assist with daily sales reports and operational matters.
- Ensure company policies and retail procedures are followed by the team.
- Take charge of store operations in the Store Manager's absence.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion/apparel.
- Prior supervisory or team-leading experience preferred.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
