📍Location: MOE School along Dover Road (Nearest MRT: One-North)
📅Contract Period: 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027 (renewable)
⏰Working Hours:
- Monday to Fridays: 8.30AM to 5.30PM
Job scope:
- Provide photocopying, printing, collating, binding, and booklet production services.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of printing rooms and storage areas.
- Operate and perform basic maintenance of office equipment, including photocopiers, duplicators, and collators.
- Support General Office operations, including reception duties, answering phone calls, filing, and administrative tasks.
- Assist with school events and other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level or equivalent
- At least 2 year of working experience using high speed multifunction printer to support bulk printing operations
- Proficient in operating photocopiers, duplicators, collators
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
