Eligibility

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to support business growth and achieve sales targets.
Identify new sales opportunities and expand customer base within the assigned market.
Work closely with sales and project teams to provide technical support and ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct site visits, understand customer requirements, prepare quotations, and follow up on tenders.
Provide product and technical solutions based on customer needs and project requirements.
Attend customer meetings, exhibitions, seminars, and networking events to promote company solutions and build business relationships.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates for the Sales Manager.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a Sales Engineer role within the construction industry
Must possess a valid Class 3 driving licence and own vehicle for site visits
Good sales, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Customer-oriented with basic technical knowledge and problem-solving ability.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Strong team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Advantage

Experience in fire protection, M&E, engineering sales, or related industries will be an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
Class 3 driving licence and willingness to travel for site visits.
