Accounts & Administrative Assistant

💰 Salary: $2,000 – $2,700 per month
📍 Location: Sin Ming Lane
💼 Employment Type: Permanent / Full-Time

Job Responsibilities
• Enter supplier invoices into the accounting system for multiple entities and ensure supporting documents are complete and properly maintained
• Retrieve, organise and maintain invoices and supporting documents for payment processing, accounting records and audit purposes
• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly payments and coordinate the necessary reviews and approvals
• Prepare loan-related documents and coordinate signatures and supporting documentation
• Maintain proper filing and organisation of accounting and administrative records
• Provide general accounting and administrative support to the Finance team
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements
• Higher Nitec or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Prior accounting, finance or administrative experience will be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills
• Able to manage documentation and tasks across multiple entities
• Able to prioritise work and meet payment and administrative deadlines
