What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinating and maintaining construction project documentation, including contracts, invoices, progress reports , Claim & Update project Summary .
- Preparing and processing purchase orders, timesheets, and other administrative paperwork.
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Assisting with the organisation and maintenance of project files and records.
- Supporting the project management team with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customer and management.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Word,etc.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work.
- Adaptability and the willingness to learn new systems and processes
