Job Scope
- Supervise and manage daily cleaning operations across assigned sites.
- Plan and allocate cleaning duties and work schedules for cleaners.
- Ensure cleaning works are carried out according to required standards, procedures and client requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and follow up on areas requiring improvement.
- Monitor cleaners’ attendance, punctuality, grooming and work performance.
- Train and guide cleaners on proper cleaning methods, equipment usage and workplace safety.
- Ensure cleaning equipment, machinery and cleaning supplies are properly used, maintained and stored.
- Monitor inventory and arrange for replenishment of cleaning chemicals, tools and consumables.
- Handle clients’ feedback and complaints, and follow up promptly on service issues.
- Coordinate with clients, operations teams and management on daily site matters.
- Prepare cleaning schedules, checklists, attendance records and basic operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety, hygiene and company requirements.
- Assist with manpower arrangements, including covering absences and managing deployment.
- Support ad-hoc cleaning activities, deep cleaning, periodic cleaning and other operational requirements when needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in cleaning operations or a supervisory role.
- Prior experience supervising cleaners or managing multiple cleaning sites is preferred.
- Good knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment and chemicals.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to manage and motivate a team of cleaners.
- Able to work independently and handle client feedback professionally.
- Willing to travel between assigned sites when required.
- Comfortable with basic administrative work such as schedules, attendance and reports.
- Able to work shifts, weekends or public holidays where required.
