About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Coordinator to support our Business Development team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates seeking to build a career in business development, sales support, and administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Business Development Department.
- Prepare and compile reports and business-related documentation.
- Assist in tender preparation and submission processes.
- Support indoor sales activities and customer enquiries.
- Coordinate and liaise with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Assist with ad-hoc duties assigned by the department.
Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline
- No experience is required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project or Visio will be an advantage.
