Our Client:
☑ 5 Days work week, Rotation shift work (including weekends)
☑ Kakit Bukit
☑ up to $3.7k basic, OT Pay, AWS, and VB
☑ 1 year contract (renewable/convertable)
☑ Engineer Industry
☑ No experience needed
Responsibilities:
📞 Handle incoming calls from internal and external customers, including emergency cases
🖥️ Create, dispatch, and close service tickets using SAP system
📊 Maintain accurate records of ticket updates in Excel
🔧 Coordinate with Engineers to assign technicians for site attendance
📌 Review and assess system-triggered tickets to determine appropriate action
📅 Update and manage technician duty roster (team rotation basis)
📄 Prepare stop-lift reports as assigned
Requirements:
☎️ Minimum 3 years of experience in a Call Centre environment
📊 SAP knowledge is an advantage
🌙 Able to commit to rotating shifts, including night shifts
