Job Summary
- Salary: Basic up $2,600 +$240 shift allowance + AWS +Variable Bonus
- Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
- Working Days: 6 days per week (rotating shifts)
- Location: Changi Airport
- Benefits: AWS, Variable Bonus, Annual Increment, Training Provided
Job Scope
- Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding gates, and arrivals.
- Issue boarding passes, tag bags, assign seats, and answer flight questions.
- Direct travelers to their gates and airport facilities.
- Check passports and visas to ensure they meet immigration rules.
- Work with airline and airport staff to keep flights on time.
- Handle customer feedback and lost luggage politely.
- Follow airport security, safety, and PDPA data privacy rules.
Requirements
- Committed to working rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or airport ground handling operations preferred.
