Job Description

Industry/ Organization Type: Building Construction
Position Title: Site Supervisor
Working Location: Tampines
Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri: 9am – 6pm, Sat: 9am – 1pm)
Salary Package: Basic + VB
Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily equipment installation works and guide installation teams.
Perform hands-on installation, including positioning, alignment, levelling, and assembly.
Read engineering drawings and ensure work meets project and quality requirements.
Monitor progress, manpower, tools, materials, and resolve site issues with the project team.
Ensure compliance with WSH and site safety requirements.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Prepare progress reports, inspection records, and project documentation.

NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Construction, Building Services, or related field.
Relevant experience in construction, mechanical, equipment, or industrial installation is an advantage.
Able to read engineering drawings and use basic measuring tools.
Knowledge of mechanical installation, lifting, and material handling.
Relevant WSH, Work at Height, lifting, or rigging certifications are an advantage.
