This is a trainee role for someone who wants a pathway into leadership, but understands that leadership has to be earned through the basics first.
At D Aurelius Group, you will begin by learning campaign sales, customer engagement, and team standards. As you improve, you can take on broader responsibilities, including helping newer associates, supporting campaign activity, and learning how a sales team is developed.
If you want a title before doing the work, this is not the right role. If you want a real foundation before leading others, it may be.
What you will be doing:
- Learn campaign sales from the ground up
- Represent brands and speak to customers directly
- Build consistency in communication, conduct, and follow-through- Support daily team activity as you progress
- Learn how team leads coach standards and performance
