Customer Service Officer (Automotive Workshop)
Immediate Start | Training Provided | Meal Allowance
We are looking for a friendly, responsible and customer-focused team member to join our automotive workshop.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls and emails.
- Prepare quotations, service updates, greetings and appointment reminders.
- Understand customers’ concerns and provide suitable solutions professionally.
- Follow up closely to secure daily service appointments.
- Build good rapport and maintain honest, trusted customer relationships.
- Handle customer feedback and assist in resolving issues promptly.
- Support administrative duties such as filing, photocopying and document preparation.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
Requirements
- No experience required; training will be provided.
- Good communication skills in English; Mandarin/Chinese speaking is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Basic numeracy skills and able to handle quotations, prices and simple calculations accurately.
- Good attendance and punctuality record.
- Friendly, honest, responsible, positive and open-minded.
- Self-motivated, diligent, meticulous and able to work well in a team.
- Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period.
- Able to work according to company operating hours, including Saturday when required.
