Jurutera Peralatan (Difusi Implan)
Job Responsibilities
- Apply statistical tools, including SPC, DOE, FDC, and ECMS, to optimize equipment performance.
- Establish and improve preventive maintenance (PM) plans to enhance equipment quality, cost efficiency, and productivity.
- Work with vendors to resolve equipment issues and improve performance.
- Collaborate with Process and Manufacturing Engineers to address yield, WAT, and operational issues.
- Manage spare parts and consumables inventory based on maintenance needs and production forecasts.
- Lead new equipment start-up activities, from facility hookup to production acceptance.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment efficiency and reliability while reducing costs.
- Set targets to minimize wafer scrap, reduce equipment cost per wafer, and optimize utilization.
- Train and guide Associate Engineers and Technical Assistants on troubleshooting, equipment knowledge, and risk assessment.
- Follow up on SPSR, MRB, 8D, TECN, and ECN documentation to support issue resolution.
- Develop long-term solutions for recurring hardware and operational issues.
- Create and maintain implant operation SOPs and PM work instructions.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Microelectronics, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Materials Engineering.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in diffusion and ion implantation equipment.
- Familiarity with implant tools, including Varian E500, VIISTA 900, VIISTA HCP, GSD, Axcelis HE/VHE, and AMAT XR80.
- Analytical and troubleshooting skills relevant to equipment maintenance and improvement.
- Ability to manage operational priorities and meet production requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
