Quality Assurance Engineer (Customer Support)
$2,800 – $4,000
Mon – Fri, 8:00am – 5:30pm
Location: Sembawang
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer quality issues and support product/process improvement activities
- Work with internal teams to implement corrective and preventive actions
- Perform process optimization and data analysis using statistical tools
- Support external audits based on TS & ISO requirements
- Prepare quality reports and support other quality-related activities
Requirements:
- Degree in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field
- Semiconductor industry experience in customer quality support is an advantage
- Knowledge of QC tools (FMEA, SPC, 8D) and statistical software (DOE, JMP) is preferred
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Willing to travel overseas and work overtime when required (average 2–3 times per month)
