Description:
We are looking for a creative, organised, and proactive Marketing Admin/Personal Assistant to support the company’s promotional activities while providing personal and administrative support to management. The marketing component focuses mainly on simple promotional designs and marketing coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Promotions:
Create simple posters, flyers, social media visuals, and promotional materials using simple marketing tools
Design promotional materials for sales, special offers, events, new products, and company announcements.
Assist with planning and coordinating marketing promotions.
Prepare and update promotional content for social media, WhatsApp, email, and other platforms.
Adapt existing designs and promotional materials according to different campaigns or requirements.
Coordinate promotional details such as pricing, offers, product information, photos, and campaign dates.
Assist with organising and executing simple marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Maintain a consistent look and feel across promotional materials.
Personal Assistant:
Provide secretarial support to the Director.
Coordinate bookings, appointments, and travel arrangements when required.
Assist management with personal and business-related arrangements.
Prepare documents, presentations, and information required by management.
Provide ad-hoc PA support based on management’s requirements.
Requirements:
Experience in marketing support, PA or candidate with relevant experience/certifications may apply
Good eye for simple, clean, and attractive promotional designs.
Organised, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in simple design tools and microsoft office/excel
- Proactive, flexible, and willing to assist with different tasks.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Able to travel overseas with the Director for work if required.
